Return Policy

All passes (except annual passes) and ticketbooks are non-refundable, non-replaceable and non-exchangeable. King County assumes no responsibility for items lost, stolen, misplaced, or delayed in the mail.

Annual (12 month) passes can be refunded or replaced, subject to existing refund and replacement policies. For more specific information about Annual Pass Replacement and Refund policies please call 206-553-3060 (TTY-206-684-2029).
